If you wish to become a customer or active user of the blooomio.com web store, please read the General Terms and Conditions carefully and only use our services if you agree with all of their points and consider them binding on you. Order Information

The products displayed in the blooomio.com web store can only be ordered online, with courier delivery or personal collection. The prices displayed for the products include the statutory 27% VAT, but do not include the home delivery fee. No separate packaging costs will be charged.

Order progress

  1. You can place the product in the Cart by clicking on the cart symbol.

You can put the products in the Cart, no login is required, but in order to track your orders, we recommend creating your own account.

  1. You can check and edit the contents of the basket using the Basket menu item. Here you can view and change the quantity of the product you have added to the basket, as well as choose the payment and delivery method that suits you best, or delete the item. It is also possible to completely empty the basket. If everything is in order and you decide to place the order, you can finalize the order by pressing the Checkout button.
  2. After you have finalized the order, we will send an automatic confirmation containing the details of your order to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive such a letter, the system has not accepted your order. In such a case, please contact us!

After we have processed your order, we will send a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided, and the product will only be delivered after this.

Processing orders

Orders are processed on working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

It is also possible to place an order outside of the times marked as order processing. If it happens after the end of working hours, it will be processed on the following working day.

We reserve the right to partially or completely reject orders that have already been confirmed. Partial fulfillment may only take place after written consultation with the customer. In the case of full cancellation by the seller, the amount will be returned to the sender if the purchase price of the product has been paid in advance.

Payment by bank card through the system of the reliable banking service provider Stripe

Cash on delivery: you pay to the courier or at the Foxpost machine

VAT is included in the product price. Shipping costs are payable separately.

The total amount to be paid includes all costs based on the summary of the order and the confirmation letter.We will deliver the e-invoice by e-mail, we will send it in a printable format. Upon delivery, please inspect the package before the delivery person, and if there is any damage to the products, ask for a report and do not accept the package. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without a protocol.
