How do you measure the diameter?

We look from the ends of the leaves, so we measure the outer diameter. Of course, if longer branches sometimes stick out of the mass, then the denser part is taken into account.

How are the backs of the door trims? Can I hang it on a glass door?

The decorations are tied to a wreath base of styrofoam, wild grape vines or hay. Their backs are therefore not showy. If you want a double-sided decoration or just to cover the back with something, please contact us.

Does the back of the door decorations not scratch the door?

We carefully check the back of the decorations, but you should do the same so that there are no scratched parts. You can stick a self-adhesive felt disc on the surfaces of the ornament that come into contact with the door.

Exactly  will I receive the wreath shown in the pictures?

We strive to reproduce the ornaments shown in the pictures, but these are handmade products and no two ornaments are exactly alike.

Are the colors in the pictures the same as in reality?

It is also in our interest that you are satisfied with the end result, so we usually photograph the products in natural light. We do not use effects. We try to upload pictures that are as accurate as possible, but there may be differences in shades between the reality and the products shown on the screen.

What if the system only shows 1 piece in stock, but I want 2?

Please contact us, because the reason may be a lack of raw materials on the market.

How weatherproof are the ornaments? I would like it for a garden gate.

In principle, all decorations should be used in a covered, protected place and brought indoors in case of extreme weather. We recommend those decorations in an open place that do not contain silk flowers (silk flowers are any flower with petals, for example) and do not have cremation dust on them that can be washed away by the rain. That is why we always indicate in the product description where it is recommended to use. Think about securing it well to the garden gate.

The sun is baking the entrance, do you have any ideas?

UV has a fading effect on the artificial flower. You hear about UV spray that protects you, but we only found it on foreign websites. But by the time it fades, you'll probably have picked out another ornament for yourself...

I am afraid that the ornaments will be damaged during transport. How do you pack them?

We send all ornaments tastefully packaged, in a cardboard box, you can also send them as a gift through us. There was never a problem with their transport, at most the leaves and petals have to be slightly flattened (so be careful). Do not throw away the box, as it is very useful for storing ornaments out of season.

If you can, pick up the dried flower decorations in person, but we can deliver them properly packaged. What cannot be delivered is also indicated by the system.

How can I clean artificial flower decorations?

Artificial flowers can be washed with lukewarm water, but dust that causes an ashy effect should not be washed off. You can remove dust with a hair dryer, using a vacuum cleaner is not recommended.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a two-month guarantee for damage caused by flower tying errors. However, we cannot take responsibility if the artificial flower parts separate from each other due to a manufacturing defect.
